What is Life? With Martina & Tomash
What Is Life? is Martina talking about all the stuff we're supposed to keep quiet about — the messy emotions, the fuck-ups, the "am I the only one feeling this?" moments. Hi! I'm Martina. I feel like I've lived 330 lives in my 33 years of life, I've moved like 47 times in 6 different countries, I have a golden retriever named Buchta, and I co-built a multi-million dollar couples bracelets business with my boyfriend while simultaneously wondering if we were gonna break up every other week. Plot twist: I created this podcast to be MINE - my solo thing, my space. Episode 1 was just me, finally. Episode 2? Tomash, my boyfriend, crashes it. Every episode since he won't freaking leave! The guy who literally said "I don't do podcasts, do it alone“ is now here. Every. Single. Time. And the universe is laughing because I wanted this for YEARS — us, together, talking. But it only happened when I stopped white-knuckling the dream and let that shit go. That's LIFE: giving you exactly what you want the second you stop being a control freak about it. I started this because I couldn't stop asking "what is life?" after my third breakdown, second country, and approximately 86 moments of thinking "there's something fundamentally wrong with me." There wasn't. I was just a human being having a human experience, which apparently includes: moving to different country every few years, dating the wrong people for the right reasons, building a business while having daily meltdowns, and learning that nothing you plan actually happens the way you plan it. This podcast is chaos. Sometimes solo, sometimes Tomash interrupts with his completely different memory of the same event (we literally live in 2 different relationships, I swear), sometimes our golden retriever Buchta snores so loud you'll think your audio is broken.
We record on balconies & streets in Vietnam, we disagree mid-episodes, we forget what we were talking about. I overshare like it's my job (it kind of is now). Don't expect Instagram highlight reel, no "5 steps to fix your life" - this is just two people figuring it out in real-time and saying it out loud. If you've ever felt too much, moved too fast, fucked up too hard, or wondered if everyone else got a manual you didn't — welcome home.
Grab a coffee. Buckle up. It's messy… It’s LIFE!

14. What If Every Thought You Believe About Yourself Is a Lie? | Vietnam Lesson
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Martina knew it in theory for years — I am not my thoughts & I am not my emotions. But Vietnam is where it finally dropped from her head into her body. This is what it actually took to get there.
OK y'all, this episode is DIFFERENT. We're not in the middle of a road this time, we're sitting down by the lake with the background of mountains — a little tired and a little emotional — because something just ended... Our six months long chapter in Vietnam came to an end. And something just began.
In three days we leave for Thailand and before we go, we needed to talk about what actually happened here. Not the highlights, not the beautiful Monday mornings by the ocean but the real, powerful lesson this country gave us. The business that hit a dark hole, the fighting, the projecting and the being-on-the-floor-crying part. And then finally - the moment that changed EVERYTHING.
This is Episode 14 of What Is Life? with Martina and Tomash.
WHAT WE'RE TALKING ABOUT:
✨ I Really Thought I Was My Thoughts — For 34 years, Martina believed every thought her mind produced. Every voice that said "you do everything wrong." Every feeling that said "you're the problem." Every sensation in her body — she thought that was her. She thought she WAS all of it. This episode is about what happened when that belief ecosystem finally broke.
✨ The Prison Nobody Could See — The voices were loud and they sounded like her. They knew exactly what to say to keep her stuck. The ego is smart like that — it's like the world's best FBI negotiator, and it knows every nerve to hit. The most exhausting part? She didn't know she was living inside a prison her own mind had built.
✨ The Ego vs. The True Self — How do you tell which voice is which? The true self is quiet. Subtle. Patient. Like a loving parent who knows you'll get there eventually. The ego is loud, urgent, convincing, and always has a new reason why you shouldn't move. This episode breaks down the difference — and what to actually do with it.
✨ The Couch Moment That Shook Everything — Tomash sat Martina down. He didn't yell. He didn't fix. He just saw her — clearly, completely — and said out loud what she had refused to see in herself for 34 years. That was the moment. Not a course. Not a healer. Not a morning routine. One person, seeing another person's truth, with unconditional love. That's what finally broke it open.
✨ I Choose Love — Not as a concept. Not as a T-shirt slogan they'd been wearing for three years. But as a real, conscious decision made on a balcony in Vietnam at the end of a fight. "I don't want to do this anymore. I choose differently." That's it. That's the whole practice.
✨ You Cannot Force Your Own Evolution — Martina knew for years — on a mind level — that she was not her thoughts. She said it in meditations. She repeated the affirmations. She did the healing. None of it worked until it was ready to work. You can't speed this up. You can't hustle your way to a breakthrough. The evolution opens when it opens — and Vietnam was simply where it was ready.
✨ Action Is How You Actually Grow — Not healing in a vacuum. Not journaling in isolation. Not another course. It's the daily life — the fights, the fear, the businesses going wrong, the countries that shake you up — that actually change you. You need to be IN it to grow through it.
✨ Leaving Vietnam Reborn — They arrived blind. They're leaving with open eyes, open hearts, and a dog who survived the whole journey with them. And something that closed — so something new could begin.
THIS EPISODE IS FOR YOU IF:
↳ You've been doing the inner work for years and wondering why nothing is actually shifting
↳ You believe every thought in your head without questioning whether it's actually true
↳ You've been told "you are not your thoughts" and you've nodded along — but never actually felt it
↳ You're in a relationship where you keep projecting your inner battles onto your partner — and you know it, but you can't stop
↳ You're going through something really hard right now and you need someone to tell you it's part of the process, not proof that something is wrong with you
↳ You just want proof that breakthroughs actually happen — and what they actually look and feel like when they do
WHAT THIS EPISODE IS NOT:
❌ A highlight reel (Vietnam was HARD, we're not pretending it wasn't)
❌ A self-help formula (we don't have steps, we have a story)
❌ Short (Martina had six months to sum up, she did not hold back 😂)
❌ Polished (Tomash was half asleep the entire time, which somehow makes it more beautiful)
WHAT THIS EPISODE IS:
✅ The most important breakthrough Martina has had in 34 years — told in real time, five days after it happened
✅ The honest, messy, beautiful truth of what six months in one country can do to you if you're truly aware and paying attention
✅ Proof that the shift you've been waiting for doesn't come from forcing — it comes from living
✅ A love story between two people who kept seeing each other's truth even when the other couldn't
✅ The kind of episode you come back to when you forget that you are not your thoughts

We're the couple behind Magnetic Couples Bracelets. We lived in Vietnam for six months. We have a golden retriever named Buchta. Together 24/7 for six years. English is our second language. We swear. We break down. We always find our way back.

This is life. Breaking down, breaking open, and leaving reborn. 🎢
I really thought I am my thoughts and I am my emotions. Everything my mind was telling me for me was truth. I was projecting on you. You don't see me. You don't see my value. You don't see my voice. You don't tell me every day how amazing I am. Because I was not telling that to myself.
SPEAKER_03You woke me up with the messiness that you just created in five minutes. I was so let's just stick to the important parts, okay?
SPEAKER_01The voices in my head were that I do everything wrong and I don't do enough, and I'm a problem without making random numbers, you know that. No, because I was posting it on Instagram. It was actually maybe it was two weeks, 1,000 bracelets.
SPEAKER_02I I don't know, but I was so I'm just saying that you are making Whatever! Like you're lying, she's all my bracelets!
SPEAKER_01Like so much bracelets! The amount of fear, worry, and pain and suffering we both felt was insane. So that's what happened in Vietnam in last six months, in a nutshell. So what is life? Listen and see. Let's go! Good morning, Vietnam. Good morning, baby. Good morning, baby number two. She's not on a leash. That's okay. Episode 14 of What is Life with Martina and Tomash. So we wanted to in this episode sum up our experience in Vietnam. What it gave us, what we learned, what journey we went through, because it's been hell of a ride. And in three days we're moving to Thailand, to Kosamui, and we're going to explore the area and see if that's the place where we can live and settle down. Every country we move to seems like has some agenda for us and gives us what we what our soul's evolution needs from that country or from that energy in that country. And it's really beautiful because this is our third country that we live in since we got together six years ago. Bali, three and a half years, Slovakia one and a half years, and then half six months in Vietnam. So let's see. And I would love to do this for every country we're in. I think it's beautiful integration of everything we go through together as a couple, as individuals. It reflects together. And as we always talk about, when you're in a relationship that is conscious, present, aware, loving, there's a lot of shit going on in your days, in your mind, in your soul, in your body. And you go through it together as a team, and then it's like the best thing ever. Because you're best friends, you're partners in crime and evolution, and you just get to play with everything that this life and world and your body and your mind provides.
SPEAKER_03Baby, do you wanna I I'm a little bit sleepy, yeah. And I have been having trouble with sleep for the last couple days. So I I I'm gonna be here and let's see how it's gonna go for me. So you wanted to record about this, and and I think it's a great idea. And for me, something also I feel like has closed in the last couple days, so I think it's a great idea, also. But let's see how I'm gonna be able to cooperate.
SPEAKER_01But I still want to celebrate you. And actually, this is also part of the this is we live the message of the fuck it club, our community that you can check out on school, that's where we actually discuss and encourage you to take action, no matter how you feel, sleepy, no matter what thoughts are telling you, it's too late, it's gonna be too hot, and no matter what your body is trying to keep you in a comfort in the comfort zone, comfort zone, no matter that the body does this, you take that action. You show up, you take your camera, your tripod, your dog, your bike, your water, your mic, your boyfriend, you sit down and then you get into it. But the push, the choice is yours to take action no matter what. This is what we do in the Fakit Club. If you're an overthinker who's ready to take action, if you've been healing for ages and nothing's happening, like for us for years, and you're finally ready to fucking live the way that the life that is in your soul, that you know that you're capable of, your vision, your dreams that seem too big now, but the fucking action that we learn how to take in our community gets you exactly there, like it did us. That's why we created it, or I created it. That's how life becomes a playground, and every present moment becomes joyful and full of fun and fulfillment, appreciation, gratitude, and all the good nuggets or all the worthwhile, full wholeness nuggets that you can get from this thing called life. Everything's cooperating with us when we choose love, which we're going to talk about because it's been in the theory, but Vietnam actually practically invited us into using this as a choice, as a real life practice. And I learned that the voice is the most powerful tool, and that's actually my truth. And I believe that everybody's voice is the most regulating tool you can use for yourself. And this is what I learned when I was on the floor crying, sick, worrying in my head, listening to my ego's thoughts that always feel very demotivating, very aggressive, very critical. That's when your ego, your body, your mind is trying to keep you in the past and in the comfort zone and in the known. Okay, that's when it hurts the most. That's how you know. And when I was in this moment, Tomash told me start making videos. That's what makes you happy. Five minds later.
SPEAKER_03Five minds? Five minds hybrid minds, five miles, five lifetimes.
SPEAKER_01You know, this is it. Like when you live fully, when you're aware, when you go through the motions, you serve the waves of your emotion, thought, you have breakthroughs and breakdowns. It feels like that's why the first episode is called 330 lives in 33 years. You have your life is so full that you feel like six months is six years, and six years is six lifetimes. This is the difference in energy. It's okay.
SPEAKER_03But I'm not bored with what you are saying.
SPEAKER_01You're not bored, no, it's just um I'm not bored either. Speaking it, I don't know. So yeah, and he told me to start making videos as a for you action of joy. Yeah. Again, you helped me to get out of that or invited me, because I could say no, I could choose suffering, but you invited me to get off the ground and choose joy and fun that you always saw inside of me, even though I had a period of years where I would forget very often and let the mind and feelings control what I think about myself and how I see myself. And I was identifying it's all together, guys. Can you feel everything? It's like it's like a soup, and I'm like, look, here's a sweet potato, look, here's the this is the Vietnam soup that I'm just describing. Videos, trusting in yourself, seeing your potential, not potential, your truth, the actual person who you are, actual Martina, actual Tomas, the God, the limitless energy and soul, the awareness that lives inside of us that knows no boundaries, no limits, no fear. It knows that it created all of this for us so that we can play and understand this very fact. We are not our emotions, we are not our thoughts, we are not our body, and we don't listen to them, and we choose love, which means what? We choose truth. We choose us, we choose I choose me, you choose you, I choose you, you choose me, we choose each other, and everything is beautiful. So I wanna add to this that So that's what happened in Vietnam the last six months, in a nutshell.
SPEAKER_03That when you say that we are not it and we don't listen to it, then I wanna say that there is more than one kind of things that your body is telling you or your or you feel. That's what we've been talking about. And this is about distinguishing what is your ego and what is your true self, what is your guidance and what is something that is opposite, that is trying to hold you down and tell you how fucking shitty you are, or whatever is telling you or ugly or fat or incapable. Yeah, or just like anything, you know, just any kind of fear. And then there is another thing which is like a guidance that is telling you, go, you know, do that, it's gonna be amazing, you know? Yeah. Or go for a run or have that soup.
SPEAKER_01Or go to the beach when you're tired, like it will give you energy.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. So and so it's important to understand which one is which. And usually the easiest thing how to do that is when it feels good, even though maybe you have some resistance to do that, you have some fear to do that. Let's say you have a fear of asking some girl out because you are afraid that she says no. But it feels good to go out with her, right? It feels amazing to just be with her and spend time with her. So that's that's the good one. That's the one that gets you outside of the comfort zone, and that's the one that you do listen.
SPEAKER_01That's the truth.
SPEAKER_03I mean, that we invite you to listen in the fuck it club and through this position. Obviously, you don't you don't have to listen to it, but that's the good one. But then there is the one that is opposite that is telling you, no, don't don't do that. Actually, they are at the they can exist at the same time. Now, when I'm thinking about the girl, you know, you want to ask her out, and that's you have one part that is telling you that you want to do that because it feels good, and then you have another part that is telling you no, don't do that because you know she's gonna say no, you're gonna look like a fucking idiot.
SPEAKER_01Of course they exist in the same time. But you know what's funny? Me as the person who hears, you are a person who feels, and there are people who see. I also see, but like my biggest challenge was not to listen because I hear stuff, that's why I'm good at speaking. It's just like this kind of thing that I have. It is the challenge of not listening, and it's always these two voices. The truth is usually subtle if you have voice, voices in your head. It's very mild, it's not pushy, it's just there. It's like this loving parent, knowing you will choose it one day, and if not now, maybe tomorrow. If not tomorrow, then in a year. And it's patiently, lovingly, acceptingly waiting there. It's not loud, but how do you know? Fear, doubt, worry, scarcity, lack, thoughts are your ego trying to persuade you? They're so loud. They sound like you. They they it's like a magician, it's like they're very smart. It's like Harry Potter.
SPEAKER_03They always know what to say just so you don't do that. And if you try to talk to it, it always finds a new reason why they are right, and yes, they are very persuasive.
SPEAKER_01How is it in uh it's negotiating? It's like, but if you don't go, then you can do this. But if you don't do it, then maybe you know it's like it's like the smartest FBI agent.
SPEAKER_03It is because it knows you, because it is you. I mean it knows exactly what to tell you. It's not you just to hit the nerve that that needs to be hit in order for you to get to not to do that or to do something that it wants you to do. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01So this is a huge baby. Thank you for saying this. Yeah, because this whole thing we just described, it sounds very simple. If you want to compare it to a movie, it's basically Neo and the bullets. He can't stop them, he just doesn't know he has that power, okay?
SPEAKER_03If you don't want to compare it, it's also fine.
SPEAKER_01But they invite you to compare it. It's so nice for the mind to connect it with something you know. That's how we learn, that's what how we try to make sense of the world. That's why everywhere we go, I'm like, oh, that looks like Haitatras, oh that looks like Switzerland, oh that looks like a church in Bratislava, but it doesn't. It's just that my brain tries to compare it, and I'm like, Martina, don't judge me. Don't compare.
SPEAKER_03Why? It's okay.
SPEAKER_01It's okay, but still. So if you want to compare it to something, neon the bullets. But this the whole thing we speak about is something we have understood and kind of thought we have it figured out, or just like our mind thought, okay, this is the knowledge, I know what it is. Choose love, choose love. We've been wearing this t-shirt for three or four years. But here in Vietnam, what happened? It dropped, it gave us the situations, people, circumstances that we created ourselves, anyways, for ourselves. We are life. We are the actors and the directors of all this whole game called life. We gave ourselves things like, and now listen, now listen, honey, listen, Linda, Linda, listen. I'm gonna say it. Our business went to a really dark hole, and we didn't know if we could climb out of there.
SPEAKER_03Which was not even truth. That's what we that's how it's the ego was telling us.
SPEAKER_01Yes. We survived and we actually thrived out of it. But business it in March, the very first week here, the very first month, Magnetic Couples bracelets, actually. This is what happens after big months like December, when there's uh Christmas, when you guys are buying thousand bracelets per week. And it happens after Valentine's Day, February, when you guys buy 2,000 bracelets per week.
SPEAKER_03You're just making random numbers, you know that.
SPEAKER_01No, because I was posting it on Instagram. It was actually maybe it was two weeks, 1,000 bracelets. I I don't know, but I was so I'm just saying that you are making bracelet. Whatever! Like so much bracelets!
SPEAKER_03I think that I think the important part, okay. So, with a little bit, I'm gonna I'm gonna use the box. Please clean me up. I just can't you woke me up with the messenger that you just created in five minutes. I was so let's just stick to the important parts, okay? This is how our trip to Vietnam started with these business struggles that we were feeling. Good morning. That's the important part, okay? So we got to the Vietnam after being one and a half years back home, and once we got here first, yeah, literally peaked. We just suddenly been experiencing this. You can continue.
SPEAKER_01Oh, really? That's it. Thank you for cleaning up the lawyer.
SPEAKER_03It's very subtle.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, we arrived to Vietnam. And she'd hit the fan with the business, and I need a minute, I need a second because it's been I can't believe we went through that journey in those six months. The amount of fear, worry, and pain and suffering we both felt in our bodies was insane. And this is what was the first month, and then of course we kept creating situations that would just make it even worse, like not being able to find accommodation in Danang, moving to Danang, a city in Vietnam that many people love, but we don't.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, that's true.
SPEAKER_01You know, many people think about it, that's why we chose it. We literally took 16 hours car drive from Moine to Danang because we thought that's like the place to be when we just saw options where we can be and stay in Vietnam. We were like this, no, because we love nature. We have a dog who needs to poop on the grass. There was nothing like that, there was no parks, and the beach was not allowing dogs there. It was just not a setup for our thriving situation in life, right? This is this is, can you feel it? This is this, you see? It's not Danang. This is actually middle of nowhere. That's what we love. And so we were by the Natrunk. Nachunk in Baidae, Golden Bay City. And so we were creating these situations for ourselves that would make us feel these things. Because I need you to understand in what I believe, evolution, how it works, is that no matter what you do, no matter how hard you try, no matter how much you push or force, it has its own timeline. It's not linear, it's a spiral. If you think you got over something, it will come back again just to check in with you, like, did you really? And in the moment when it's a this pattern that you learned in your life, that your ego associates or has some kind of conditioning that is not anymore in alignment with who you want to be and where you're going, where your love, true self is going, it's gonna be the loudest, the voice, it's going to have a megaphone, and it's going to shout, and it's going to be there squeezing you until you let it out, until you understand it was a lie, it was a survival mechanism you learned when you were seven, because Aunt Susie didn't give you love, so you were like, okay, well, I guess I do everything wrong. That was my case. The most biggest pattern of my life, self-rejection, is the loudest before it's gone. Before you understand and feel that it's not truth and it's not you. And then you're free. But before this happens, it will.
SPEAKER_03Can you be more specific a little bit?
SPEAKER_01No, can you? For me, this is.
SPEAKER_03Can you be like, can you be specific about this whole thing? Because it feels for me like a little bit, like I I I want to understand it, but it feels like so much in the clouds.
SPEAKER_01Okay, thank you. Thank you for inviting me to come back to Earth and your specific and tangible examples.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, so people can actually understand. Yeah, but I wanted to explain.
SPEAKER_01I was going to say this after, and I said a little bit. Okay, in episode 12, you can hear my story. I speak about this there. And that's exactly when I recorded that story. I was in that shaking part of when you launched the rocket. The voices in my head were that I do everything wrong and I don't do enough, and I'm a problem, and everybody gets triggered because of me. That means I'm wrong and I do everything wrong. This was the loudest. My whole life I had it. For 28 years, I didn't know because it was so deep inside, and I was covering it with illusion how amazing I am because I have beautiful hair, because I'm beautiful, because I'm tall, because everybody loves me, because I make money, because I'm in Dubai, and I yeah, I I kind of covered, I didn't see, I didn't have that awareness, I couldn't reach inside and see that actually this is truth. That's okay. Then I met Tomas and he showed me the truth. He helped me see. And then it started when I met him, and I saw what I believed or what what I was ready to see in him in that point, so that it would support my evolution and releasing the I am wrong belief and pattern of thought. I saw him as God. I had this thing with people. I saw everyone as amazing, and I had to do what they do because I do everything wrong and do they do everything right. So I saw Thomas when I met him, like, oh my god, he knows how to do business. Oh my god, he knows more about money than me. Oh my god, he's vegan, so I guess he knows how to how the body works. And yes, I was kind of like, oh wow, that means everything I lived until now must be wrong if he is so chill, and just the mind needed this kind of perspective on you that would support this belief so that it gets loud, and then in Vietnam, I understand it's just an illusion and it's not true, and it's not me. And it's a pattern that I learned when I was a child, and I was criticized a lot, let's say, by my mom. Yeah, so somewhere it started in a childhood, somewhere I learned that okay, if my mom is angry, it's my fault. And the only way I can make it better is when I say, I'm sorry, I was wrong, you were right. Now, this happened many times. The brand created association with peace and love equals I am wrong. Okay, I'm a problem, and then I get loved and my mom talks to me. So I guess that's true. We don't understand as kids, it's perfectly set up. This life is perfectly created for us to sponge in all the illusions so that we can release them later on in life. And this was what happened for me, and it was very, very present in our relationship for years.
SPEAKER_03So, how did you come to that realization? Because you said that in Vietnam you were able to see or understand. That you are not your mind and all these thoughts. So, how do you think that's the best?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, this is the biggest lesson of Vietnam for me. It's just the exponential pattern and exponential result of everything that we've ever done. I knew that I have this belief. Thank you for your interesting body language, but I knew It was a yawn.
SPEAKER_03Thank you for your I was trying to hide, but I guess I wasn't really. It's the funniest.
SPEAKER_00I see through it.
SPEAKER_03I need water.
SPEAKER_01Just so you know, for like three or four years, through force and ego in healing and meditation, I try to remove, remove as if it was like, I'm fucking trash. Bye. Remove this belief that I do everything wrong and I'm a problem and I'm a bad person. It never will work. It will always come back to you. But you will figure it out by yourself. It's an evolution. And then it started to be my daily torture. Started to be daily torture from my own head. But because I really thought I am my thoughts and I am my emotions, everything my mind was telling me for me was truth. Even in our fights or conflicts, everything, every projection, I would literally physically feel that it's true. And I'm like, baby, but it's true. And you're like, it's not true. I'm telling you something completely different.
SPEAKER_03It's only It wasn't, baby, it's true.
SPEAKER_01It was like, dude, like so now I actually start to understand that the reason why I was able to suddenly see through the illusion of this, I do everything wrong. I am horrible, I am nothing, I'm failure, I'm ugly. All of that, I'm incapable of creating and sharing love in the world. All of that couldn't go because I was so identifying with my feelings and thoughts. Even though, yeah, 2023 Martina. I am in a meditation, I am not my thoughts, I am not my emotions, I am not my body, I am not my something. I had four things that I was saying. But when I was saying it, I didn't believe it. I was like, how's that possible? Well, they told me to say it, so I'm just gonna say it. And this is how it works like it's perfectly organized because the more you repeat something, it will, whether it's true or not, it will eventually become your autopilot. So I kept telling this to myself. I didn't believe it, I didn't understand how it's possible, but I was like, well, on some level, I was like, I guess it's true. Well, three years later, it dropped in, and I understood through weekly calls with uh actually, no, it's me. You as I always say, and also in the episode 12 of my story, you can have coaches, you can take courses, you can do healing three hours every day, you can have a morning routine, you can journal the fuck out, but it's all you until your setup, your life, life that flows through you, your evolution, you cannot manipulate no matter how much faster you want to grow, you wanna evolve, you want to heal. It will happen on its own timeline. So surrender, trust, and allow. The time will come. So no matter how much Martina was pushing and burning out, I have to, I have to let this go, I have to be a better person. It couldn't happen until my dad died. I let everything go, and then nine months later, like a baby is born, it takes nine months for the evolution or something to brew until it's done. And that's what I believe in. Could be nine days. If I believed it was nine days, it could be faster. Eh? No thoughts, no, and that's what happened. I finally understood what I kept repeating in the meditation, but I was like, what the fuck is this bullshit? Okay, I just have to say it, I guess. And then I actually embodied and understood. I physically, or I don't know how to fucking explain it. Suddenly, in the last days, there was so much pressure in my head, there was so much pain and it was because of the intervention I created. And then intervention came. God literally spoke through Tomash, and it shook everything in me to the core of who I am. But it came after I was projecting on you. You don't see me, you don't see my value, you don't see my words, you don't tell me every day how amazing I am, because I was not telling that to myself. So I was demanding it from you, and the moment I let it go, I was on a balcony, and there was this feeling when we disconnect in an argument and he goes to brush his teeth. I go somewhere, and I'm like, I used to be, fucking hell, again it's happening, again he's not trusting what I say, again, it's a problem. He will never be how I want him. All this resistance. And you know what I did? I said out loud, no, I choose differently, I choose love. I was like, no, I made a conscious decision, even though I didn't plan it. And I said, this was like four or five days ago, and I said, No, I choose differently. Life, I don't want to do this anymore. And then I came out of the balcony, you came out of the bathroom, and I told you, baby, can we try again? And you said, Yes, I have something to tell you. He sat me down on a couch and said, Listen, what I'm gonna say could be projections. You don't even have to take it seriously, but I just feel like I want to tell you something.
SPEAKER_03Wow, it's interesting. It's like first time ever that you describe something as it actually was. Like literally ever.
SPEAKER_01That's huge.
SPEAKER_03It's unbelievable.
SPEAKER_01He sat me down and he said, Listen, do you wanna say it?
SPEAKER_03No. He was like, just say whatever.
SPEAKER_01You are so amazing, you are so powerful, and you don't see it. You see, you know, I'm under pressure to say it exactly correctly.
SPEAKER_03It doesn't matter, just just say that I told you to see yourself.
SPEAKER_01He didn't like I don't remember exact words, but I remember the words.
SPEAKER_03I can remember exact words.
SPEAKER_01The feeling is the most important part of all of this. What he put on me, what he wrapped me in, was the most unconditional love. He saw me. Something in him was like, Martina, wake up, wake up! 34 years, you live in a lie in an illusion that you are nothing. Look at everything you have ever done, created. Look at your courage to speak, even if you're not ready to take action before you have proof and evidence. Look, you created podcasts, look, you created it, and it's not even about what I created, it's about what I do in daily life, how I go through life. I wasn't able to see, and this is the biggest lesson of Vietnam, and I'm going to wrap it up. But this is what happened. We came here blind, still after years of inner work. This divine, it doesn't work, and why I'm so passionate about it. Because if you heal in a vacuum, then what? Then you don't see results, but it is through action, it is through going and just taking that action and taking step by step through life, through daily actions, that you actually change, you get evidence, you grow, you evolve, but without taking action and living actual daily life and that making the choices and being aware, you do not grow, you do not understand who you actually are. And this is what happened. We came here blind, and we're living with open hearts, open minds, and seeing ourselves. And I'm speaking we, but I ask your permission, I think is true, right? Giving for you. And I'm leaving, I came like this, and it was hard for me. Obviously, it was a very difficult time for me last month before we came here. But because I was so ready on some level, and I planned this for myself for this period of time, Vietnam provided me the ground, the level of this game that I was able to finally see myself through Tomash, through whatever I can say through so many things, but it was me who was ready. And when you are ready, everything, the whole universe and life will organize itself so that it happens. And I was ready to finally see the truth of who I am. So from the person who hated herself, who always was, it was not me. See, this is the thing. I didn't hate myself, it was my inner critic that I was thinking I'm the same, I'm I'm the one, I am that. I was listening to it so blindly that I lost the sense of who I am. And here in Vietnam, I understood. Or I woke up, I was shaken by my husband, boyfriend, business partner, lover, brother, everything. Because like we have so much fun all the time. Sometimes we're like siblings on the playground without parents, with a dog. And so you were again the key and nailed to the coffin, which was like Martina. Wake up, shake up, open your eyes, see who you are, your life, your fun, your joy. I met you as the joyous, most happiest person in the world. But because you identify with the feelings, you lose sense of yourself. You you you think you are dead, but you're not. And this is what he did five days ago. And it was the final sprint, final finish line, or so, that's how I get it, that allowed me from that day until now choose in the moments when the even in this podcast, when I have the thoughts that I can recognize they're not truth. I'm like, no. Thank you. And I think that's the most powerful thing on this evolutionary timeline called human life, that we can get to. The point where you understand what is truth, what is love, and what is not love. And then you choose love every moment of your life going forward. And this is opona, this is the curtain that opened for me in the last six months, and that's what I wanted to talk about. Life wanted to talk through me to you about, and again, you, my love, played a huge role. And I want to thank you. I wrote him also a letter because I understood I've been hurting him by projecting all my inner fights within me on him, and I don't want to do it anymore. After this speech, or during, I was like, This guy, you opened something in me, I could see you finally as well. And I never wanna hurt you again the way I was hurting myself and putting it on you because I couldn't handle that much pain, you know. And that's what usually happens in relationships. You want to get rid of all the pain or all the you know bad feelings. You put it on your partner, but they are they are not the fault, they're not the cause, they're not the root.
SPEAKER_03And they are not the solution.
SPEAKER_01They're not a solution. You are you and you have been there for me for six years, patiently waiting, like that loving voice in the middle of the tornado of those ego, you know, illusions, and you were waiting there for me because you saw in me the truth, and you trusted. That's what love does. Love waits, love is patient, love is kind, unconditional. It allows you to go through whatever you need, and it will always be there for you because that's unconditional living and unconditional life, and unconditional love and acceptance that you gave me as the biggest gift of my life when you decided to click on an ad friend on Facebook six years ago. And thanks to this recognition and this love that you were able to trap me in, even though I was fighting it. Because when you don't know this love, it feels scary, it threatens your sense of world and identity. I almost couldn't receive it, but then I started to realize it, and this is the result. So thank you.
SPEAKER_03Thank you. You can thank yourself, it's all you.
SPEAKER_01Well, it's still not set in stone, so I don't actually like really see how you can. I mean, I know you're me and all of this, but I don't know how it could be me waiting six years.
SPEAKER_03You were there, you didn't need what I'm saying. It was all you who did all of this, you know, like all the evolution that was all you.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. It was hell of a ride, but it was with you, and that's what made our connection so strong. And that's why magnetic couples bracelets, there isn't better physical, tangible representation of the love and connection we have. When two true selves recognize each other, they will wait for each other.
SPEAKER_03And when they forget, can you do it lovingly, please? Not like I'm I I can move my hand all by myself.
SPEAKER_00Where are you going?
SPEAKER_03Where are you going?
SPEAKER_01I love you. I do love you with all my heart, all my soul. Oh so fucking hot. I put my hair down so I can be beautiful.
SPEAKER_03You're beautiful even when you don't have your hair down.
SPEAKER_00Thank you. I know.
SPEAKER_03So put it down.
SPEAKER_00Okay, I have a thing. I knew this moment would come. Oh Jesus, yes!
SPEAKER_03And let's please not suffer for something that your voice is telling you.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_01There are layers, I'm telling you. There are layers to this madness, and even though I think I overcame it, now it has to clear from every area of life. Just like looks, just like health, just like dog, just like business, just like whatever. So, you know what I mean? I'm also not attaching to the fact that it's done. But yeah, so this is what happened.
SPEAKER_03It probably will never be done because it's a very complex topic, but I think that you did an enormous step and enormous change happened in you because yeah, it's hard to explain, especially when you still feel half asleep.
SPEAKER_00Still?
SPEAKER_03I don't know. I just feel I don't know. I just feel like I'm in recovery. Because you know, something big happened also for me, and this is how I deal with that, you know. That's true. It's like a recalibration time when you are catching up to changes or something, and uh, it's normal that you will get tested more and you will have more times when you will hear some voices telling you something that is not really love, but it's your ego, and it's okay. Before it felt like that you don't even have a choice, right? It felt like it's just you, and that's it. You were not even questioning it, you were not even thinking whether you know I trust it. Now you do have that. Now, even if you forget and somebody reminds you, or you remind yourself, right? Then you can choose whatever you want. But before it was not really an option, so I think that's a huge step.
SPEAKER_01Thank you, baby. And I it only proves, you know, I've studied so much, I have so many courses, so much knowledge on a mind level. Yes, there are parts of me that speak different things, and there's one that is true self, true self. I knew about true self in May 2021. I knew that there is something that like that, but you cannot rush it, you cannot force it. It opens up when it does. And you know, if there's something I want you to take away, if you are resonating with what I'm saying, and if you are also struggling with all this and you can't, I know how it feels. I know how it feels to be pushed to the wall by all the things that your body is creating feelings, sensations, thoughts. When you identify with it with big pressure, it's a big torture. Be kind to yourself, please. I hated myself through this process, so it was hard, but at least I can talk about it, whatever. You're alone. You know, that's my story. But I accept it. I accept it because without me hating myself through it, I wouldn't know how it is to take care and love myself. But for you, if you can find one thing that you can do daily or weekly that gives you joy and give makes you proud of yourself, please, please do it. For me, it's speaking. That's why we are here today. Because he again, he the god in this guy, who I chose as my partner in a human body, reminded me my truth. Maybe do videos if they make you happy. And then five months later, dude, you are amazing. He always he doesn't speak that much. I mean, lately, yes, but when he does, he cuts through the bullshit. He gets right in the in the love, in the truth in in life. So this is what happened, and that's my superpower.
SPEAKER_03I see things, they're very easy for me. You see, to understand the mess and to make it clear and yeah, and to be able to guide you.
SPEAKER_01But not to business, not to money, to truth. And from that place, that's what I see. I I see, I you see clarity, I see labyrinths, but they make sense, they do make sense. Thank you, Vietnam. I wanna thank you, Vietnam, for your love, for every town, car ride, motorbike accident, falling down the slippery stairs when it was raining, kidney pain that felt like oh hell, hurt as fuck. Thank you for all the business you held us through the biggest illusion of our lives about money. And I feel like we were reborn and something big ended, and something started. And you know what's funny? It was on the night of a full moon, and it was this period of time. I guess I don't know. I was skeptical towards these things. I used to believe in it so much, but now then I was like, whatever, I don't think it works. But then I'm like, yeah, everything, of course, everything works with everything, it's all energy, and it interacts so that it supports you. Life supports you, life loves you, you are life. You created all of this for yourself, so that you recognize who you are and you understand there's nothing to lose, there's nothing to be afraid of, and yellow the fuck out. And this is actually what we do in the fuck it club is the community that I created in May, but I usually do things before I understand them. I don't think, I just do. That's what I'm good at. That's why I created the community. Five people came in the second wing, and I'm like, oh fuck, oh what? And since then I've been posting videos every week. There's almost 10 hours of content, and we have weekly calls together where we discuss all of this, and I remind you it's easy for me to do for other person, but I needed to catch up. And that's the fuck it club in school, it's a community. It's called fuck it because at some point of your life you just have to say fuck it. It's a subtle art of not giving a fuck, which is also a book. It's like you need to know when to let go and when to not listen to your mind and to your body because they will always keep you stuck in healing, in the safe, safe illusion of not moving towards what you want. And overcoming this takes courage, takes fucking balls, and I have it. I always had it. That's why my life has been so full. And so I made a community where I reflect to you this superpower you have, and everybody does. Everybody has it. So join, check it out, don't join, don't check it out. I love you either way. Your time will come. I wanted to say your time is limited. That's so very that you will cut it out.
SPEAKER_03It is limited.
SPEAKER_01Your time is limited. Actually, that's why it was coming. Your time on earth is limited. You are either dying or you're growing, and you're gonna die anyways. We're all gonna die.
SPEAKER_03But you're gonna grow no matter what you do or don't do. It's happening. It's like we always say that you can't speed it up or postpone, but if it's something that is calling you, and if it's something that feels like that is for you, then it is for you, and then you can say fuck it and join, you know. Yeah, exactly. Joining is already the fucking thing. You don't have to do anything, you will figure everything out because you cannot postpone and speed up evolution. It's just is it's just happening for everybody all the time, every day, every experience that you have. So but I also wanted to add that the fuck it club's gonna be much more amazing than it is right now because I'm gonna join it soon, and I'm gonna bring something on my own there. It's gonna be, I would say, the other half of the circle, which where the first one is Martina, and then there's gonna be me.
SPEAKER_00So yin and yang.
SPEAKER_03And uh when I will have it figured out, I I will talk about it more, but it's gonna close the circle, and then it's gonna be like everything that a person needs to just understand what the fuck is going on and where am I going and why and why things are happening like this.
SPEAKER_01But not only that, it's also to have fun.
SPEAKER_03This is how I understand it.
SPEAKER_01Okay, so you can see the energy, you can see in this podcast the energy. Sorry, I jumped in your speech. Yeah, but you were done almost, right?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, it's your podcast today, so enjoy.
SPEAKER_01Now you can go through all of this, what we speak about, and you know you're going through it if you're Listening until now, alone, isolated, feeling like nobody understands you, because that's what your mind will tell you when you go through all this pain. Or you can have people around you who hold you, who love you, who see you. And it's just so much more easier to go through this process of waking up to your truth, to who you are, with other people who go either through the same, or maybe are a little bit ahead of you, or maybe are like somewhere along the journey with you. And you can just fucking speak. Human connection is something that AI and all this technology, social media, it's the con. It divides us. But community and the human connection is the most powerful tool for seeing yourself. We are mirrors. If we were supposed to be alone in the world, everybody would have their own planet, like in a little prince. Is that what it's called? Yeah. But we are together, we are tribal beings, we want to be seen, witnessed, connected, feel we belong. That's the power of community. And if you're called that the magnetic pool, just like there are bracelets, like partners, attract each other for this. Also, bigger unit uh units, like uh groups of people, attract each other. I am part of one community only, I let everything else go, and we all go through the same thing. Isn't that incredible? I love magnetism of life. So we invite you. This is official invitation for the fuck it club. We never really spoke about what it is, but I guess that's we will, we will dedicate one entire episode to it. And this for me is what Vietnam gave me. It gave me this podcast, it gave me the community, it gave me the most deepest love I ever felt for you and connection. It gave me a lot of pain as well. But that's the duality of life. That's the paradox through which we are able as human beings in a human body with human brain to understand and make sense. If we don't know this, we don't know this. If we don't know night, I always talk about these cycles. If there was no dark, you wouldn't see the light, right? So this is what Vietnam gave me, and I'm forever grateful. I will never forget for these six months. And thank you. People, places, hotels we stayed in, people I've met, beaches I've swam, waves I served. There's not many. Small better nothing. That's a sign on the beach here. Small better nothing. I remember. Not better small than nothing. No, it's small better better nothing.
SPEAKER_03And can you just say it with a normal voice?
SPEAKER_01Small better nothing.
SPEAKER_03Is the normal voice. Okay.
SPEAKER_01So thank you, Vietnam. Thank you for listening. What is life? Life is life.
SPEAKER_03I'm maybe gonna wake up very soon.
SPEAKER_01Mention in the comment if there was some one thing that you really remember and stood out for you. We want to connect with you. Check out the school, the fuck it club, check out Magnetic Couples bracelets to keep the connection and reminder with your boyfriend and partner. Okay, I really have to go, but you know I love you. And he does too. He's just really tired, puppy.
SPEAKER_04Bye! Bye. Yes.
SPEAKER_01Oh a raindrop. It's raining. You woke up now?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I feel like that, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, nice. It's the energy. It's the energy.
